In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№4785) envisages the specification of the legal status of the diplomatic service workers taking into the consideration the peculiarities of their activity and supplement principal functions of the diplomatic service regarding the provision of the connections with foreign Ukrainians, their public organizations etc.
The Bill also envisages the prolonging of the ultimate age of occupying the posts on diplomatic service that is cause by the peculiarity of their activity.
The Bill contains principles that improve the order of the accomplishing of the management of foreign diplomatic institutions of Ukraine, appointment on the diplomatic service etc.
Oleh Bilorus, the Chairman of the committee reminded that the bill is aimed at the consolidations of legal norms in the sphere of diplomatic service.
